With Latin cuisine greatly improved in other neighboring countries, our founder could not accept why it is still not widespread in Brazil.
With this restlessness in mind over more than 30 years living on Brazilian soil, he decided to found Mayela.
With a keen critical spirit, a very strong orientation towards perfectionism and delivering the best experience, he tested countless recipes for months, different dough formulations and fillings until he reached excellence in the reproduction of classic flavors. Thus, the first line of products was born.
Today, we proudly have the broadest portfolio that reflects our passion and dedication:
Traditional, with flavors Humita (the corn in your cream), Chicken, Salteña (of meat cut with a knife) and Ham and Cheese - classics that bring the authentic flavor of Argentina to your table.
Wholemeal, with flavors Spinach and Cheeses, and Soft Beef - a healthy and tasty option that goes perfectly with a balanced lifestyle.

Our factory
Located in the city of Franca, in the countryside of São Paulo, in a factory structured with cutting-edge technology for large-scale production of our empanadas line.
All products are pre-baked and extra-frozen in a process that preserves the original flavor, texture, and aroma of nutrients as if they had just been made
